Our story
Leadertree Consulting was established by Stephanie Walker, a businesswoman and environmentalist with twenty years of experience working with leading companies and conservation charities, such as the Woodland Trust, PwC, Deloitte, HP and Microsoft. Stephanie achieved Chartered Marketer status in 2009.
Leadertree Consulting is dedicated to providing outstanding partnerships and marketing consultancy to organisations and individuals who protect and restore the environment and biodiversity, and deliver nature-based solutions to achieve carbon reduction and sustainability.
It is founded on the passionate belief that we all need to change how we live; and that by supporting the innovators and leaders in this space, Leadertree Consulting can play a part in achieving this.
Stephanie has a reputation for solving complex issues, leading people, taking action and seeing through projects to completion. She offers exceptionally strong interpersonal skills in working with leaders, teams and partner organisations to achieve results.
Stephanie is committed to protecting the environment for the future and inspiring others to do the same. She has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Forestry with distinction from Bangor
University. Her study included ecology, climate change, soils and agroforestry. She is also a Level 3 Forest School Teacher enabling her to engage and inspire both children and adults by being immersed in nature. She was previously a volunteer speaker for the Woodland Trust.
Stephanie is married and has two children.
