CASE STUDY

Building charity corporate team and winning new partnerships
Working for leading conservation charity, built team ethos of existing hires through team consultation, training and team building sessions. Designed and put in place new strategy and reporting system to motivate team and demonstrate progress. Created new pitch. Team achieved 14 new corporate partnerships and £1.3 future income within two years. 

CASE STUDY

New offering in the carbon market
Working for leading conservation charity, researched compulsory and voluntary carbon market and gained insight through interviews with existing corporate contacts. Developed Woodland Carbon proposition for businesses and designed and delivered launch campaign. Product was a slow burner but later became charity’s biggest source of new corporate leads.

B2B lead generation through thought leadership
Working for one of the Big 4 accounting firms, partnered with Cranfield University to undertake research into Chief Information Officer role and produce thought leadership report. Designed and delivered integrated marketing campaign with report at its centre to generate new leads, including formal dinner with over 50 CIOs in London.

Developing and testing a 
nature-based investment product 
Working for leading conservation charity, researched emerging UK impact investment market. Worked with charity and corporate financier to develop impact investment product to test. Undertook product testing research and interviews with key existing major donors and corporates. Testing results were mixed which led to discontinuation at that time, but significant learnings logged for future use.

Designing and delivering a new fundraising reporting system
Working for leading conservation charity, undertook department wide consultation to inform design of contact database and new reporting system, and gain buy-in for new system. Worked with IT to implement requirements and test. Successfully designed and delivered department-wide database training to support new reporting system.

Rebranding and creating 
a new website
Led rebranding of professional services trade association, consulting with members to ensure right outcome. Delivered rebrand and new website from concept to completion in five months. Brand still in use over ten years later.
